Open to all grades
Time: 8:00am – 9:00am: Friday before school
(Note: additional meeting days may be added depending upon interest)
Students must maintain a ‘B’ average in academic subjects
Purpose: To incite an interest in history and science through the construction of historical and fictional subjects. Additionally, research and artistic skills will be developed and enhanced.
Areas covered:
- Basic building skills
- Seam filling
- Brush painting
- detailing
- airbrushing
- weathering
- converting model boats to radio control

Students are expected to provide the following materials;
- Model airplane, tank, boat, spacecraft, or car
- non-toxic Plastic model glue
- paintbrush
- paints to be stored in classroom
