Parent Perception Survey

SMS parents are encouraged to take the Parent Perception Survey now through December 9. Both English and Spanish versions of the Parent Survey will be available to parents via the Parent Portal. Parents may also complete the survey at school, but must contact the Front Office for a time available now through December 9.
