Course Overview:
Seventh grade Language Arts is designed to guide students in im-proving critical thinking and written and oral communication skills. The course objectives emphasize listening and speaking, reading, vocabulary, spelling, literature, the writing process, grammar, us-age, and mechanics, and accessing information. Each of the course objectives will be covered in a variety of manners including, but not limited to, reading, writing, written, oral and visual activities, group work, and presentations.
